1. Digital Services
All tiptop-seo services are custom digital work. Once work has commenced, partial refunds apply based on work completed.
2. Before Work Starts
Full refund within 24 hours of payment if no work has been initiated.
3. After Work Starts
Pro-rata refund based on work completed. Minimum charge for commenced work is 30% of total fee. For monthly retainers, the current month is non-refundable once work has begun.
4. EU Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. By accepting these terms and proceeding to payment, you consent to immediate commencement and waive the remaining withdrawal period from commencement.
